Returns Policy

Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase. Regrettably, if 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging. Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

The following items are also non-returnable:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items not in their original and unopened condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. Similarly, items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as the posting of refunds may take some time. Additionally, get in touch with your bank, as there may be processing time before a refund is officially posted. Sale Items:
Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@nevalidecode.com.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.

Shipping:
To return your product, please contact hello@nevalidecode.com and await return instructions. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
